Using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) with EAGLEi
Effective Tuesday, June 4, 2024, all EAGLEi users must utilize MFA to be able to access the platform.
FAQs
What is Multifactor Authentication (MFA)?
MFA is a layered approach to securing your online accounts and the data they contain. When you enable MFA in your online services, you must provide a combination of two or more authenticators to verify your identity before the service grants you access. Using MFA protects your account more than just using a username and password.
Who is required to enable MFA?
Any person who logs into EAGLEi will need to enable MFA.
Note: This does not affect Black Talon Academy user logins.
What are other names for MFA?
“Two Factor Authentication,” “Multifactor Authentication,” or “Two Step Factor Authentication.”
Can I opt out of using MFA when accessing EAGLEi?
To access EAGLEi, all users must enable MFA.
Where do I download the Salesforce Authenticator App?
As an MSP, our support team shares one login for EAGLEi. Is there a solution for implementing MFA?
